Olivia joined her first Yoga class back in 2008 hoping this “exercise” would help ease her shoulder and back pain from her stressful job. At that time, both her body and mind were drained. Lying on the mat in her very first Savasana, she found inner peace she never experienced in her entire life. Since then, she practiced Yoga regularly to help her body and mind stay in balance.
With her passion in Yoga, she completed the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course. Motivated by her son, an enthusiastic little Yogi, she also pursued the 95 hours Kid Yoga Training with Semperviva.
Olivia is eager to share benefits of Yoga with all age group of people.
