Yoga Buggy is so glad you asked! Kids yoga is getting more and more popular, and for good reason. Our classes, which are taught in a fun, child-friendly way, can help to build attention span, self-regulation, body positivity, confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, resilience, and social-emotional awareness. Clinical studies suggest that yoga contributes to helping children with many of the challenges that face our communities: anxiety, depression, poor fitness and behavioural struggles.
