With a passion for dancing and a natural connection to kids, I’ve always loved finding ways to express myself and engage with others. The joy I feel in bringing tools like breathwork and yoga to the community through play, singing, and storytelling is deeply fulfilling. I also love spending time connecting with nature, especially in BC.
Yoga, for me, is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, as expressed by the Bhagavad Gita’s quote: “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Practicing yoga helps me stay present, tuning into my body, its limitations, and differences on each side. It also teaches me to observe my thoughts and emotions, while learning how my personality responds to it all. Yoga has become a mirror that reflects deeper understanding and connection, not just on the mat, but in every area of my life.
The sense of well-being yoga, breathing, and meditation brought me was so impactful that I decided to become a certified instructor, sharing these teachings with both adults and children. Yoga has become a key tool in my life, and I love guiding others in their own journeys of self-discovery.
