Backyard Yoga

Summer is here and the kids are outside! Bring yoga to your family, friend or community group in your own backyard or park of your choosing.
Your group will receive a dedicated teacher who will travel to you for the duration of the series.

Yoga is a great way to encourage self-regulation, body positivity, attention span, confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, resilience and social-emotional awareness, plus it’s FUN! Our inclusive programming fosters community and passes on the tools of yoga to all children. Through mindfulness, breathwork and movement, yoga helps children (helps everyone!) move through life in all its aspects, positive or negative, and become empowered to face a range of problems such as anxiety, depression, physical fitness, behavioural challenges, family difficulties and relationship issues.
