Aura is a trauma-informed yoga teacher specializing in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and mindfulness breathwork. With a deep passion for guiding others toward a sense of safety and comfort in their bodies, Aura believes that yoga can be a transformative practice that promotes both healing and joy. She is dedicated to helping individuals connect with their inner selves, unlock their creativity, and find peace within.
