My personal practice began in 2009 and since then, I’ve been weaving it into my work and my relationships. I live with anxiety, like my engine is constantly idling a bit too high, and have found relief in the grounding and stillness I practice every day.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Education, and have been working with children in various school and non-school settings since 2009. Throughout my career, I’ve come to realize that movement and mindfulness are incredibly powerful tools that are not given enough attention in our daily lives.

I bring my love of play, laughter, imagination, and nature into every class I teach. Mindfulness and movement encourages children to connect with their bodies, minds, and the world around them. I am passionate about sharing my practice with everyone, especially children, to give people the tools to help themselves, feel good in their bodies and meet obstacles with a calm and ready demeanor.
