Miri
Since being a neurodiverse child in primary school, Miriam has been obsessed with How to Make School Better. She trained as a teacher in the Montessori tradition and taught neurospicy children and grownups for a couple decades.
In early adulthood, after managing autoimmune disease, depression and social isolation, she began thinking about how to democratize wellness + belonging.
She really liked yoga, and wondered for a long time when somebody would make yoga for families and children accessible. Nobody did, so she started the Yoga Buggy in 2017.
Although she planted the seed, make no mistake: our growth has been because of our generous team of visionaries and supporters. (See below for examples!)
Miriam loves playing in nature, hanging with children, fresh ideas, being bad at sports and playing them anyway, working on projects with open minded humans, and laughing.
