Since I was 11 years old, I've always found a space of peace and self-expression through Yoga. Originally from France, I moved to BC in 2018 to deepen my practice and connect with nature. After spending a few months in Sooke, where I assisted a Kundalini Yoga teacher, I made my way to Vancouver and trained as a Yoga teacher. While teaching adults, I continued my education, exploring different styles and approaches including Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda, philosophy, mantra, dance, and life coaching.
I am trauma-informed and passionate about integrating Ayurveda into my life and teachings. For me, Yoga is not just something we do on the mat, but a lifestyle—a "art de vivre" that helps us navigate life’s challenges, such as anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. Yoga is about being at peace with ourselves and others, and it's a tool that allows us to experience the joy and wellness that exists within and around us.
As a curious explorer, I'm always seeking deeper truths that bring us closer to understanding ourselves. Gentle movement, combined with the breath, helps ease the mind and creates a sense of safety, allowing us to fully embrace the present moment. This is one of the most powerful tools I've discovered on my journey, and I am excited to share it with others.
