Teaching kids yoga has been a dream come true for me. My first introduction to yoga was when I was 12 years old, through a DVD series from a rental store. Since then, the peace and calm yoga has brought me never stopped. Being able to bring that same feeling to kids today is incredibly fulfilling. I love creating a playful, supportive space where children can explore movement, build confidence, and find moments of calm in their busy worlds. Watching them discover their own strength and inner peace is the most rewarding part of what I do. I believe that yoga is a wonderful tool to help kids build confidence, creativity, mindfulness, and physical strength — all while having a lot of fun.

When I'm not teaching, you can find me biking with my kids, visiting local craft stores and crocheting. I love finding new ways to be creative and active, and I bring that same sense of curiosity and playfulness into my yoga classes.
