Mindful movement, playful yoga and calming relaxation encourage self-confidence, kindness, and managing emotions. We hold an inclusive space for exploration and connection with our feelings and experiences. Perfect for young explorers to move, play and feel calm and confident every day!
**A yoga mat is included in the total price. If you are bringing your own, use the code myownmat at checkout to remove the price of the mat. You can choose your style (mermaid, unicorn, rocket or shark) in the registration form.
The school has a limited number of mats for borrowing. If neither of the above options (buying or bringing) are feasible for you, please use the myownmat code and note in the “anything else we should know” section of the form that you’d like to borrow a mat.
